Our Story
Sometimes the best ideas emerge during long flights. Ed and Kathleen’s relationship dates to 2010, when they met during the launch of a groundbreaking therapy for lupus. However, it wasn’t until a flight from Baltimore to San Diego for the 2023 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) conference that Ed shared a passionate idea: reducing fracture rates among vulnerable seniors. Recognizing Ed as one of the most visionary people she knew, Kathleen was immediately intrigued.
Over the next six months, they thoroughly explored the concept and evaluated a fit for partnership. In June 2024, Kathleen and Ed decided to officially join forces, and together they launched BoneVue Diagnostics. With an ambitious vision to transform bone health for vulnerable populations in the United States and beyond, Ed and Kathleen invite everyone to join them in this groundbreaking effort.
